Ferment in style with this fancy lil’ crock. It will hold about 1 HUGE or 2 small or 1 large and maybe half of another large cabbages (if you’re making a cabbage-ee ferment… although there are so many things that can be made). There is a moat for water, so when you put the lid on it creates a seal. When your ferments start doing their thing a very pleasant ‘Bloop’ sound emits from the water moat. You’ll see…. I am in the middle of making a “how to” vid… TBA for that… Also, comes with rocks to weigh down your veggies and keep ‘em under that brine and feelin’ fine.

With lid on it’s about 12” high (30cm), the top part is 9.5” across (24cm) and the chamber section is 7” across (18cm)
